iCall is a web service
that allows you make calls up to 3 minutes to any destination in the US and Canada. iCall free calling for the web is still in it's beta stage and doesn't require you to download any software in order for you to make these calls. They use VoIP technology which utilizes your existing internet connection and your PC to plug you directly in to the regular telephone.
